Submission of Preliminary Abstracts is still open. (see information at page bottom for instructions) January 15, 2008. Initial deadline for preliminary abstracts for volunteered presentations. Preliminary abstracts will continue to be accepted until February 20 - please send them as soon as possible to help us with programming. January 22, 2008. Notification of acceptance for presentation will occur for those who submitted abstracts by the January 15 date. March 21, 2008. Final (extended) abstracts are due, along with presenter registration. Details will be sent to accepted presenters. Extended abstracts are not required, but are appreciated.

If you would like to present a volunteered (not formally invited) poster or talk at the conference, you must submit a Preliminary Abstract. This brief summary will be used by the Convenors in designing the program. You will be advised if your presentation is accepted, and given the opportunity to submit a extended abstract that can contain figures for the conference proceedings. The details on how to submit the Preliminary Abstract are given in a Word document that can be downloaded below. Details on Extended Abstract submission will be provided by email to all accepted presenters. We look forward to your participation in the conference.
